29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing residential roofing activities. This was most recently observed at 5003 Clearwater Dr., Papillion, Nebraska on June 09, 2021 where the employer has employees installing roof materials on a new residential home without fall protection where the ground to eave was 12 foot.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while utilizing the stairway inside a new residential construction home. This was most recently observed at 5003 Clearwater Dr., Papillion, Nebraska on June 09, 2021 when employees were utilizing a stairway constructed as means of access and egress from the first floor onto the second floor. The stairway did not have a stair rail system installed for the unprotected sides.
