29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: On or about June 9, 2021, on a front roof top of a commercial building, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet when conducting roof work activity on the leading edge, with no fall protection.
