Each employee who was engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. At Lot 164 in Fienup Farms on Watersides Heights, Chesterfield, MO 63005- On or about June 9, 2021, employees of Con Tech Carpentry LLC, were exposed to elevated fall hazards of approximately 18 - 30 feet while working along a top plate of a residential construction building and were not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.

At lot 164 in Fienup Farms on Watersides Heights, Chesterfield, MO 63005 - On or about June 9, 2021, an employee was exposed to the hazard of being struck by flying objects from using a pneumatic nail gun while not wearing eye protection.
