29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) Employees are provided and required to wear air-purifying respirators (APR), including 3M 6000 series half-face APR with combination filters/cartridges, during spraying of oil-based leather treatment product on leather garments within the basement of 2131 Springfield Avenue in Vauxhall NJ 07088. A written respiratory protection program was not drafted and implemented in the workplace that addressed medical evaluation of users for approval of use and employee training on inspection, maintenance & storage of respirators.
