29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. Establishment: The employer did not ensure that a clear path of travel was maintained for any operator who was required to operate a forklift. On or about June 8, 2021, a delivery driver sustained severe and life threating injuries after being struck by a forklift.
