29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) At 5 Jura Ct, O'Fallon, MO 63368 - on or about June 10, 2021, four employees of ACI Exteriors were engaged in residential construction activities without utilizing guardrail systems, safety net systems, or a personal fall arrest system. Five employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to a grass surface below.
