29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  (a) Dairy Kitchen - Employees are exposed to tripping and potentially electrical hazards because there is not sufficient access and working space maintained around electric panels in that pallets of organic ingredients were stored within one (1) foot of them, on or about June 10, 2021.  Certification not required.

On April 28, 2021, an employee received an electric shock on their hand while cleaning a machine that had not been grounded. The injury resulted in two days away from work.
