29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as�elsewhere required�or permitted�by this�standard, live�parts of�electric equipment�operating at�50 volts�or more�shall be�guarded against�accidental contact by�use of�approved cabinets�or other�forms of�approved enclosures�or by�any of�the following�means: a. On or about June 8, 2021, and at times prior, there was a 480 VAC damaged electrical disconnect box (DISC P32) at Belt P32 by Door 1, which exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard. The electrical box was at just below waist height, had damaged conduit, and was unlatched at the bottom.
