29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2):Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide, guardrail was used as a platform. On or about June 9, 2021, south side of the project site, an employee was straddling the top rail of a Genie Scissor lift while performing work on the awning of a building at heights upwards of ten (10) feet.
