29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- Lot 12, Block 700.08, 16 Coliseum Drive, Eastampton NJ: A worker was exposed to a fall hazard, up to and in excess of 11 feet 3 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roof while wearing a full body harness without having a lanyard attached to it . Citation observed on or about 06/10/2021.
