29 CFR  1910.36(g)(2): An exit access was not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. Where there is only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge must be at least equal to the width of the exit access.  Site: Dollar General Store # 16848 located at 119 Business US 67, Greenville, Missouri:  a) On or about June 10, 2021, Isle # 20, leading to the exit of the building was not kept 28 inches wide. The entire aisle was blocked with boxes merchandise. b) On or about June 10, 2021, isle # 19, leading to the exit of the building was not kept 28 inches wide. In the middle of the aisle way, the width of the aisle was only 22 inches. c) On or about June 10, 2021, isle # 18, leading to the exit of the building was not kept 28 inches wide. Near the north end of the aisle, the width of the aisle was only 22 inches. d) On or about June 10, 2021, isle # 15, leading to the exit of the building was not kept 28 inches wide.  Near the north end , the aisle was only 21 inches wide.  The Dollar General Store was previously cited for a violation of this OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1181678, citation number, 1, item number, 1(a),  and was affirmed as a final order on October 27, 2016,  with respect to a workplace located at 1900 Cardinal Lane, Fulton, Missouri.   The Dollar General Store was previously cited for a violation of this OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number, 1301615, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at_17 East State Street, Quarryville, Pennsylvania.   The Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1436276, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 905 4th Street West, Milan,  Illinois.   The Dollar General Store was previously cited for a violation of this OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1439273, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 354 E Main Street, Galesburg, Illinois.   The Dollar General Store was previously cited for a violation of this OOCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(c)(2),  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1450479, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 8, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1111N Cole Street, Bushnell, Illinois.
