29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) On June 2, 2021, employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18.7 feet.  AM Restoration Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1302488, citation number 1, item number 5b and was affirmed as a final order on April 19, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 560 Marion St., Oak Park, IL 60302.  AM Restoration Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1409510, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on November 19, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3712 Celeste Ln, Naperville, IL 60564.
