Violation occurred on or about 06/09/2021 b. 446 Second Street Jersey City, NJ Workers engaged in demolition activities were working near the leading edge of a residential roof without fall protection to include but not limited to a harness with lanyard, exposing them to a fall of approximately 18 feet. Violation occurred on or about 06/09/2021
