29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 06/11/2021 employees at The Villages at Poquonock framing project were exposed to falls while engaged in framing activities without fall protection in the following locations: A) Employees were exposed to approximately 10' exterior falls while installing second story floor joists. Employees were not provided fall protection. B) Employees were exposed to approximately 8'6" interior falls through an unprotected stairwell opening. Employees were not provided fall protection.
