29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: (a) Guard House - energized, interconnected flexible cords were run across a vehicle thoroughfare between the main building and guard house, without being protection from damage while being driven over by vehicles and equipment, exposing employees to an electrical hazard, on or about June 11, 2021. No abatement certification required.
