29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Production floor; On or about June 10, 2021 the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that employees were required to work with and around Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipes that were used to transport compressed air at 120 psi.
