The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated under 1926.502(e): West side, building 7: On or about June 11, 2021, and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard, while operating a JLG Boom Lift without being attached to the basket by a lanyard.
