29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about June 10, 2021, on the north side of roof, employees were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding six feet when working from the top of a parapet wall without a fall protection system in place.
