29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:   a. At a temporary jobsite, on the southwest side of a building, located at, or near,  2500 Consulate Drive in Orlando, Florida: On, or about, June 8, 2021, the employer exposed subcontracted employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the subcontracted employees were allowed to operate an aerial lift in proximity, and in contact with, a 69,000-volt overhead power-line, while performing painting work from the aerial lift.  OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE: 29 CFR  1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, was closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6).
