OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish the employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to an employee being exposed to struck by and crushing hazards: A) 1000 block of Wynwood Drive, Cinnaminson, NJ: Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by construction vehicles within a roadway construction zone. The employer did not document a pre-planned traffic pattern for pedestrian and construction traffic when operating with the work zone in order to ensure the safety of the employees working and walking within the construction work zone. Violation occurred on or about June 11, 2021. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Condition noted on or about June 11, 2021. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
