29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):   (a) JL Construction, Inc. at 17002 Rose Mallow Wy. Parker, CO 80134: On or before 6/11/21 the employer, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Gerardo Oca�a-Montejo, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated while subcontractor employees were walking and working on the top plates of framed walls in a new single family home under construction. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 10 feet.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."  JL Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1335881, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/4/18, with respect to a workplace located at 22694 E Henderson Dr. Parker, CO 80138.
