Metal Fabrication Shop: On or about 6/14/2021, the employer exposed employees to health hazards, in that a written hazard communication program was not developed, implemented, and maintained for employees handling hazardous materials for the patina process and finish product coatings such as but not limited to cupric nitrate, "Japanese Brown Patina" (Oxidizing solution for metals), "Antique Brown M38" (Acid mixture) and "Black Magic" (Blackening for iron and steel).
