29 CFR  1910.29(b)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that guardrails met the requirement that mid-rails are installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking-working surface:  a)  Pickle House Area, on or about July 14, 2021 - The employer did not ensure that guardrails met the requirements that mid-rails are installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking working surface.  The railing transcending the length of the walkway over the rinse tank did not have a mid-rail.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii):The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals:  (a) Pickle House Area, on or about July 14, 2021 - The employer did not ensure that the degreasing tank which contains trichloroethylene was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and the general hazards of the chemical contained therein.
