29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a. I-kota, LLC., at 2797-2799 W 13th Ave., Denver CO 80204: On or before June 15, 2021, as the exposing and controlling employer I-kota, LLC. did not ensure its employees and employees of All Phase Concrete and Rockies Rebar Reinforcement LLC were protected from injury in that employees worked and walked around unguarded reinforcing steel protruding from concrete while performing work operations. This condition exposed employees to impalements.
