29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(vi)(a): If the storage building is located 50 feet or less from a building or line of adjoining property that may be built upon, the exposing wall shall be a blank wall having a fire-resistance rating of at least 2 hours: a) Yard area, 717 W. 11th Street Panama City, FL: On June 15, 2021 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to burn hazards in that employees work in and around a storage building used to store flammable materials where the exposing wall of the storage building was located less than 50 feet from a building and there was not a blank wall having a fire-resistance rating of at least 2 hours, or the material was not stored in a flammable storage cabinet.
