On or about June 17, 2021 where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of more than 10 feet while working from a homemade wood scaffold without the use of a fall protection system.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about June 17, 2021 an employee was operating a pneumatic nail gun and was not wearing protective eyewear. Ruben Cabrera was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1386015, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order 5/29/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4077 Pleasant Ridge Dr., Spring, TX 77386.
