29 CFR  1910.134(d)(1)(iii):The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: (Construction Reference 1926.103)  Employees were exposed to particulates otherwise not regulated  (total dust) concentrations greater than the OSHA permissible exposure limit (PEL) of fifteen milligrams per cubic meter (15 mg/m3) of air averaged over an eight-hour period.  At jobsite East Sweet Gum Dr. Wichita, KS employees were performing spray insulation activities were exposed to total dust hazards of 78.3, 40.6 and 61.2 mg/m3 and the employer did not estimate employee exposures to respiratory hazards.  The employer did not perform air sampling or other method to estimate employee exposure to respiratory hazards.
