29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. At this job site located at 942 Cochran Drive in Tallahassee, Florida: On or about June 15, 2021, the employer exposed employees to an 8 foot fall hazard, in that employees engaged in residential construction activities were not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or an alternative fall protection system.
