29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On or about June 17, 2021 and times thereto, the contractor Site Superintendent did not ensure fall protection was provided, used and correct unsafe hazards associated with falls while employees performing roofing work on a residential home without fall protection.
