29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)(1) a-#15 Lindbergh Parkway, Waldwick NJ (Residential): CSHO observed an employee engaged in siding activities on a 6 on 12 pitched entrance overhang and an upper 6 on 12 pitched upper roof in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized exposing the employee to fall hazards of approximately 15 & 23ft to the asphalt below. Condition noted on or about 06/17/2021.
