Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.651(k)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1416918, citation number 1, item number 1c and was affirmed as a final order on August 27, 2019, with respect to a workplace located in the vicinity of Schafer Street & College Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.652(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1416918, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 27, 2019, with respect to a workplace located in the vicinity of Schafer Street & College Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.652(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1439850, citation number 2, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on December 04, 2019, with respect to a workplace located in the vicinity of 313 Fox Hills Parkway in Watford City, North Dakota.
