Condition noted on or about 06/21/2021  b- Building Exterior: An employee engaged in sheathing and framing activities using a Sunbelt 340AJ Aerial lift, Serial # PC785-1020710 was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection was donned by employee but not secured via a lanyard to the lift basket so as to prevent falls.  Condition noted on or about 06/21/2021
