29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a- Building Exterior: An employee engaged in sheathing and framing activities using a Sunbelt 340AJ Aerial lift, Serial # 1012021 was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the asphalt below as a means of fall protection was donned by employee but not secured via a lanyard to the lift basket so as to prevent falls. Condition noted on or about 06/21/2021 b- Building Exterior: An employee engaged in sheathing and framing activities using a Sunbelt 340AJ Aerial lift, Serial # PC785-1020710 was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection was donned by employee but not secured via a lanyard to the lift basket so as to prevent falls. Condition noted on or about 06/21/2021
