29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(C): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in workplace related topics for load manipulation, stacking and unstacking: a) Building 700: On or about June 18, 2021 and at times prior; employees move totes and sacks with Hyster H50FT forklifts near other stacked sacks and totes. Employees are not trained sufficiently on stacking and unstacking of sacks and totes. Sacks that are stacked two high are occasionally torn or "nicked" which leaks product and potentially results in stacked totes and sacks to collapse. Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
