29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about June 15, 2021, for the employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20' 4" while walking top plates to set roof trusses in the vicinity of 2725 12th Street in West Fargo, North Dakota. Note: The company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1360142, Citation 2, Item 1, and was affirmed as final order on May 13, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 26th Avenue South & 41st Street South, Fargo, ND 58104. Note: The company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 119797, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as final order on November 25, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5981 Walt Hjelle Parkway in Fort Ransom, North Dakota.
