29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment (PPE): On or about June 21, 2021, the employer failed to provide PPE training to employees. The employer provides employees with PPE including, but not limited to: hard hats, safety glasses, rubber gloves, face shield, apron, harness and lanyard. Documentation of employees trained and the date of training in regards to the wear or use PPE was not provided.
