29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about June 16, 2021, for employees who were exposed to fall hazards up to 11 feet while setting trusses at or near 2703 70th Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1373158, Citation 1 , Item 1 , and was affirmed as a final order on May 13, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2693 Golden Valley Parkway in Fargo, North Dakota.
