On or about June 15, 2021: Job site at LaGuardia Airport, Concourse E, 3rd Floor, East Elmhurst, NY, 11369. Employees working in Concourse E were not protected from debris in the surrounding work area. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.
