29 CFR  1926.602(c)(1)(i): Lifting and hauling equipment was used in a manner which exceeded the rated capacity:  Site - An employee was injured when the Toro TX525 Dingo which was operated to lift a pallet of bagged concrete mix overturned. The equipment had a posted lifting capacity of 500 pounds and the pallet of concrete mix weighed over 700 pounds.
