29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On or about June 22, 2021, there were two different locations where exits routes were blocked, exposing employees to injury by causing a delay of egress from the buildings in the event of an emergency. a) Main Production Area: A blue cart on wheels was found in the exit route of one of the exits in this area. b) Warehouse: Several pallets loaded with machine parts and boxes were found blocking one of the exit routes in this area.
