29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii): The building and/or facility owner(s) did not notify prospective employers, tenants, employees of the owner, and all employers of employees who would be performing work within adjacent areas of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material, at the work sites in their buildings and facilities in writing, or a personal communication between the owner and the person to whom notification must be given or their authorized representatives: a) 239 Boyden Ave, Maplewood NJ The employer and owner determined that there were materials containing up to 7% asbestos in a residential home but then directed employers with employees to demolish the structure without informing them of the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing material. Violation occurred on or about June 15 to June 21, 2021
