29 CFR  1910.176(a):Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked:   Warehouse, 3802 Binz-Engleman Road, San Antonio TX.:  On or about June 22, 2021, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to crushing hazards while working in and around forklifts and other powered industrial truck operations, without proper aisle and passageway markings within the facility.  Pollock Paper was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.176(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1381048, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 26, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3802 Binz-Engleman Road, San Antonio, TX.
