29 CFR 1910.1025(f)(2)(i): The employer did not implement a respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134(b) through through (m) for each employee required by 29 CFR 1910.1025 to use a respirator: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to lead hazards in the workplace. The condition was most recently documented on June 23, 2021, at 6201 Robinson Street Overland Park Kansas 66202. Employees engaged in shooting range cleaning activities were exposed to lead hazards in that the employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program, provide respirator fit testing for employees required to wear respirators, and did not provide a medical evaluation for employees required to wear respirators.
