29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely: (a) On or about June 14, 2021 - 17762 Lott Road, Elkmont, AL, employees painting steel purlins were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet, 4 inches when the roof did not have the structural integrity to support the two workers.
