29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) 3745 Harrison Ave, Butte, MT: On or about June 23, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards while repairing an electric sign from a boom truck at heights of approximately 15 feet to the ground below without the use of fall protection.
