The competent person on-site failed to remove employees from a 7 foot 6 inch vertical wall trench.  b) 8 South Montana St, Butte, MT: On or about June 23, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while installing fire suppression water line in an improperly shielded 7 foot 6 inch trench. The competent person on-site failed to remove employees from the improperly shielded portion of the trench.
