29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On a roof with a 10:12 pitch, at a temporary construction worksite, located at or near 1595 Atlantic Boulevard in Neptune Beach, Florida: On, or about, June 16, 2021, the employer exposed employees to a 15-foot fall hazard, in that the fall protection measures utilized did not adequately protected employees from the hazard while performing roofing work.
