29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 06/24/2021 employees at the Four Seasons framing project were exposed to falls while engaged in framing activities without fall protections in the following locations. A) Employees were exposed to approximately 20' exterior falls while installing sheathing to a 7:12 pitched roof. Employees were not provided fall protection. B) Employees were exposed to exterior falls of approximately 15' through unprotected window openings. Employees were not provided fall protection.
