29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill; (a) 53 Hoss Drive Lewistown PA - The employee was on a flat roof 18 feet high installing metal exterior panels on to an elevated extension of the wall, without the benefit of a fall protection system, exposing the employee to a fall hazard, on or about June 24, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
