29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: a) New residential construction, LOT 40, right side: On or about 6/24/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards , in that they are operating a pneutools SN22/83H strip nail gun at 100 PSI without eye protection. Safety glasses were not provided to employees while conducting framing activities prior to the beginning of the work day.
