Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: On or about June 24, 2021, Building 2, multi-dwelling under construction, employees were conducting roof work activity without fall protection exposing employees to falls greater than 6 feet.
